SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Our Contract
    Your order is an offer to purchase product(s) from us. When you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not confirm acceptance of your order. We only accept your offer when the product is dispatched and a Dispatch Confirmation Email is sent to you. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, each Dispatch Confirmation Email will form a separate contract.

You confirm that products ordered are for personal use and not for resale. You authorize us to declare this to governmental authorities on your behalf.

Orders can be canceled at no cost before the Dispatch Confirmation Email is sent.

We sell products only in quantities suitable for personal use, limiting bulk orders.

  1. Shipping Timeframe
    Orders are processed quickly, with delivery times ranging from 2-15 working days depending on location. Handmade and handcrafted items, including custom products, may take up to 45 days for creation and dispatch.

We ship throughout the week except Sundays and public holidays via reputed courier services.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require phone and address verification. COD is available for select Indian pin codes. International orders must be prepaid.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

  • Address changes can be requested before dispatch by emailing carekashmirluxe@gmail.com or calling +91-9419282080.

  1. Domestic Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping for orders above Rs 999 in India.

  • Rs 99 shipping fee applies to orders below Rs 999.

  • Additional charges may apply for express and guaranteed delivery.

  1. International Shipping

  • We ship selectively to the UK, Europe, and the USA for retail orders. For business inquiries, we offer global shipping.

  • International shipping charges vary based on destination and product.

  1. Order Tracking

  2. Custom Duties & Taxes

  • Prices include taxes and delivery charges under standard domestic shipping.

  • International orders may be subject to additional customs duties. Customers are responsible for such charges.

  • If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, the refund will be processed after deducting return shipping fees.

  1. Gift Orders

  • You can include a personal message with gift orders.

  • As per government regulations, invoices must be included in all shipments.

  1. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for domestic orders.

  • International orders are non-returnable.

  • Custom and handmade products are not eligible for return.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Reverse pickup is available at select locations. Customers at non-serviceable locations must ship the product back at their expense.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Please inspect the package before accepting delivery. If damaged or incorrect, notify us immediately.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on availability.

  1. Refund Timeline
    Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving returned items in acceptable condition.
